Pilates
– Beginners
with Juliet Parker
Pilates works by targeting the deep postural
muscles known as stabilisers, building strength from the inside out. It
can help rebalance the body, bringing it into correct alignment, and addressing
faulty movement patterns.
Juliet originally trained as a dancer and performer before becoming a
qualified Body Control Pilates teacher.
