Meditation Days

with Taravajra

These one day workshops are an introduction to the basic principles of meditation. We will look primarily at the Mindfulness of Breathing which is a tool for developing greater awareness, calm and relaxation. You will learn how to sit comfortably in a chair or on cushions, and also how to practise walking meditation. The days are suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience and will consist of instruction, short periods of meditation, and discussion.

Taravajra has been practising meditation since 1981 including extensive periods at retreat centres in North Wales and Spain. He is a member of the Western Buddhist Order, and also teaches yoga at Evolution.
