Indian Head Massage

Learn fast, slow, invigorating and releasing techniques for this seated massage that focuses on the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, which can result in a release of tension and enhanced mental clarity and well-being. The day is open to complete beginners as well as those with previous experience. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring one bath towel. Towelling wraps and oils will be provided. These days are not suitable for women who are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
