Friends Massage Days

These popular massage days are specially designed to introduce simple and effective techniques to encourage confidence and awareness and to cultivate an atmosphere of creativity and relaxation. The day will have a maximum of fourteen participants. Invite a friend or partner and book now! This is an ‘oil on skin’ treatment using Organic base oils, oils will be provided. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and please bring two towels and a pillow for each pair. These days are not suitable for women who are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
