The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) was developed
by Gary Craig and by attending these workshops you will discover that
by simply tapping with your fingertips on certain meridian points, whilst
tuning into an emotional or physical problem, you can clear the physical
discomfort or negative emotion swiftly, easily and best of all permanently!
As you experience the workshop you will find that the process of EFT is
easy to learn but gaining mastery and true expertise of the subject takes
time, practice and commitment. The workshops have been carefully constructed
to help you gain insight and understand fully, why you need to learn the
process, how it works and what you can do with it in the real world.
Gary has practiced EFT for over ten years and is a
qualified advanced AAMET Meridian Therapist and Trainer. Gary also works
as a NLP Life Coach and Reiki

EFT Discovery
Day
This one day introduction to EFT is approved by and conducted to the guidelines
of its creator and founder Gary Craig and the AAMET. By attending the
workshop you will be shown the basic technique and how to apply it in
the real world. The day is mainly aimed at the layman, but therapists
and counsellors will discover powerful new approaches to working with
clients.

EFT Foundation Weekend
The two days are designed for both future EFT therapists and those who wish to work on their own issues. During part of the first day we will be reviewing the level one concepts and then as the weekend progresses your experience of the technique will be deepened, giving you a feeling of confidence and competence. The workshop includes plenty of time for discussion and you will be able to get hands on
experience by working with others. The workshop will help you to deal with any pitfalls and help you to avoid them.
After attending the workshop you will receive Level Two certification, by agreement of the trainer and only after you have completed a tick-box exam.

EFT Practitioners’
Learning Day
This consolidates the Level 2 material with more hands-on exercises and
live demonstrations. It is for those who want to use EFT in their therapy
practice and work professionally as an EFT therapist. By the time participants
come back for the Practitioners day it is expected that they have had
the opportunity to practice and have tested out their learning, returning
with inspiring stories to share and lots of questions. This is a “doing”
workshop where you learn by practice, and includes group work. The workshop
will take you even further than the founder Gary Craig’s recommended
EFT guidelines, and introduces Neuro Linguistic Programming into the mix
– a powerful combination which should enable you to apply EFT with
confidence in the real world.
